Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:
 - None


Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the 4 OCT 2022 meeting were reviewed. Weston Beal moved to approve
the minutes. Bob Ross seconded. Without objection the minutes were approved.


Call for opens:
 - None


AR review:
 - Michael Mirmak supply acceptable security fixes for IBISCHK7 for BUG report
   Remains open
 - Michael Mirmak to respond to Atul's request for DLL for Platform issue. 
   Michael was not sure he would be able to share the DLL with Atul. Atul is 
   not able to fully debug the issue without the DLL. [11 OCT] Bob asked 
   Michael at the Open Forum meeting to send a DLL test case. Michael is still 
   looking into the possibility of creating a representative DLL for testing.

 - Weston Beal work on inserting power aware rules into the Quality 
   Specification

 - Weston Beal check ibischk7 V7.1.1 for relevant power aware checks

 - Weston Beal send draft IBIS Quality spreadsheet with added power aware checks

New ARs:
 - Bob will request the bug reporters to check specific bugs in the latest code 
   for ibischk7.1.1.


Discussion:
IBISCHK711 QA checks are under the directory in the distributed ZIP file, 
qa/ver7_1_1. Bob created the ver7_1_1 folder in case there is another release. 
Bob sent an email with the summary report of his checking of the bug fixes in 
this latest release. The release includes 11 bug fixes, including 3 that were 
added to the list after the acceptance of the development contract. Some of the 
bug fixes need to be checked by the bug reporter or another subject matter 
expert. Bob will request the bug reporters to check specific bugs.

BUG227 will be included in contract for ibischk7.2.

BUG 228 was covered by BUG223, so will be removed from the bug list.

Security fixes are still undefined for ibischk7 and tschk2.

TSCHK2 will be updated to fix BUG5 and BUG6. The contract process will proceed 
after the development for IBISCHK 7.2.
